Designer kitchen lighting close up framed by mirror image

Here's some highlights from four homes photographed last week for Woodhall Properties in the Hazel Grove and Stockport areas of Greater Manchester.

I love getting to meet every home owner and see their unique property interiors.

Safety first though. It's great getting to looking around people's homes, even if I have to wear a mask at all times these days. Covid-19 seems like it's here to stay, but lets hope it will eventually be a distant memory.

Front elevation of 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Stockport

I just love it when the sun's out and shining on the façade of a property, and just look at those real blue skies too. These photos are so much better than ones taken on wet grey days, and I'm really not a fan of fake photoshopped-in blue skies.

I actually used my camera pole at about 15ft elevation to capture this angle; the subtle change in height creates a much more attractive perspective.

Designer clock on white wall with flowers in the foreground

Done in moderation, focusing in on some interior detail is a great way to sell a potential lifestyle to a perspective home buyer. A close up of a beautiful cooker in the kitchen for instance, is also a subtle way of showcasing how well maintained a property is.

Dark blue and white shaker style kitchen with white marble worktops

A perfect family home setup. Cook diner whilst keeping an eye on the kids playing in the garden.

White dining area with grey patio doors opening to garden

A light and bright dining room with a great garden view!

White and grey open-plan extended kitchen and living area

This amazing open-plan extension to the rear of the property makes for a great family living area. The owners added Velux skylight windows to the extension roofline to make sure the whole space remained well lit by natural daylight.

Blue and grey scheme living room with L-shaped sofa and blue chesterfield foot stool

If you have space for an L-shaped sofa in your living room they make for a very sociable space to relax. The ample scatter cushions complete the homely vibe whilst tying together the room's colour scheme. Love a footstool too for breaking up an expanse of floor.

Greay and yellow themed lounge interior with bay window

With the many rings of power hanging from the ceiling I'm guessing they might be fans of Lord of the Rings?
