It's been my pleasure to work in close partnership with Woodhall Properties estate agency in Hazel Grove, Stockport since 2019. I now produce most of the marketing materials for the wonderful John Woodhall and his team, which includes professional house photography and property video tour production.
Woodhall properties are a very likeable independent estate agency who always put their customer first. I'm yet to hear a bad word said about this estate agent, which is an incredible achievement in such a high-stress industry.
Doing away with the dated stereotypes, I'm pleased to say you won't find your typical corporate, pushy sales people within this firm. Nevertheless, John Woodhall demands the best for his company and his clients. This includes a pursuit of perfection when it comes to property marketing media... and that's where I help out!
Who am I?
I'm a freelance property photographer and video tour producer. This has been my paid profession since 2012. So much more than just a job, this is a passion of mine.
Having worked in the real estate industry for over ten years, I have an intrinsic understanding of what estate agents, home owners and buyers really want. I've always looked to push boundaries in my career, and try to be at the forefront of great property marketing in the UK. Afterall... every house deserves it!

Mr Woodhall shares the same passion for perfection as me. Once he's received a new instruction, he typically likes to visit the house when I do. This is so we can discuss important shots and work together on staging your home. It's all part of our plan to go the extra mile marketing your property.
We laugh sometimes when we're discussing moving a household object by just a few centimetres... we can make quite the finickety team!
Typical UK estate agents might take your house photos in a matter of minutes. Vendors are frequently pleasantly surprised that I'm onsite for as long as one to three hours. Staging your home interior and finding the best camera angles are elements of the job that can't be rushed if you want great house photos.
We also try to plan your photoshoot for a sunny day wherever possible. It is however hard to guarantee the weather in the UK. Should the opportunity arise, we'll sometimes pop back at a later date to get new exterior photos of your home under sunny skies.
At the end of the day your home is worth all of this extra effort. First impressions online really make every difference when selling your home. This is the shared ethos of both myself and Woodhall Properties.

I always bring my telescopic camera pole system along to every Woodhall Properties shoot in case it's required. It's a fast and cost-effective solution that can be deployed easily. Using the latest iPad software and laser measuring tools, I can produce accurate floor plans of your home or building interior.
